We have several levels in our class program that will suit the ability of your child. If your child has never had a class at Novaks', their first class is free! Children, 5 years old and up, will be evaluated in their first class to determine their level. Those who have experience will be placed in a class for evaluation as well. Our Preschool program is for children 3 years through 5 years old. Preschool students, upon approval from their coach, will have the option to move into the appropriate level when they turn 5 years old (girls) or 6 years old (boys). Our student to coach ratio is 6:1 in the Preschool program, 8:1 in the Gym Fit White (beginner) program, 9:1 in the Gym Fit Green (intermediate) program, and 10:1 in the Gym Fit Blue (advanced) program.
