For classes, girls should wear leotards (with optional compression shorts on top). Hair should be pulled back. Boys should wear t-shirts or tank tops with athletic shorts (no zippers). Jewelry is not permitted.

Gymnastic Fitness Junior is the preparatory level into the sport of gymnastics for ages 3-5. The skills focused on at this level are forward/backward roll, cartwheel, handstand, pull over on the bars and over all body awareness.
Gymnastic Fitness is the preparatory level into the sport of gymnastics. The skills focused on at this level are forward/backward roll, cartwheel, handstand, bridge kick over and pullover on the bars.
Recommendation from a coach and experience is required. Once athletes achieve the skills listed above for the Gymnastic Fitness level they will be invited by their coach to join this more advanced class. In this group they will be mastering skills for USAG Level 1 and 2.
Recommendation from a coach and experience is required. XCEL requires a coach’s invitation. In this group they will learn skills covering USAG Levels 3-6. Athletes in our Gymnastic Fitness Blue group will be given the opportunity to join our USAG XCEL Recreational Competitive Program.
Trampoline and Tumbling
Recommendation from a coach and experience is required. In this group, intermediate and advanced athletes will be introduced to trampoline and tumbling skills and progressions. This group will focus on building the specific trampoline and tumbling skills required for USAG Trampoline and Tumbling Levels 4-10, while maintaining a recreational environment.
